One Overview of Fire Control Cabinet
This series of control boxes (cabinets) are products designed and developed specifically for fire water pump equipment in buildings It has overload, overcurrent and other protection functions There are various indicators such as power supply, operation, and faults on the cabinet, so it is easy to understand the operating status of various equipment such as motors at a glance There are also start, stop, and manual/automatic switch buttons on the panel
There are generally two ways to control the fire pump control cabinet: fire hydrant control (X) and sprinkler control (P). For fire hydrant control, our company connects the fire hydrant buttons in series, that is, the two wires connected in series to the normally open point of the fire hydrant (due to the normally closed conductive state that can be closed and disconnected) are connected to the control cabinet. For the spray control cabinet: Our company designs a pressure controller with normally open contacts. When the pressure relay is activated due to pressure difference, the control circuit will activate the main circuit and start the spray pump. Whether it is fire hydrant control or sprinkler control, the control cabinet is equipped with fire protection equipment
The contact signals of the heart include operation, shutdown, and fault signals. In addition, a DC24V relay is provided for the start/stop use of the fire center.
II Functional characteristics of fire control cabinet
1. The control cabinet is set to have two uses and one backup, one in use and one backup, etc. A start-up control device that operates one fire pump and serves as a backup for another fire pump. When the running fire pump malfunctions and shuts down, the backup fire pump will automatically start running to ensure reliable supply of the fire pump.
2. Working status:
This series of electrical control cabinets has two control states: manual/automatic The manual control status is operated locally on the panel The automatic control state is controlled by the pressure point of the pressure controller to determine whether the water pump is working When controlling, only one signal point needs to be provided by the pressure controller, and the system can work normally
